Cycle 7 Assignments (Feb 5 to Feb 12, 2013)
Due by Feb 11, 2013
1. Finish the assignment that you received on the Feb. 5, 2013 Wikispaces page. If you are working on a page, tag all of the photos. When you tag, use the names in the database--don't type any in.
2. Look at the coverage report, and take at least 3 portraits of students (let's focus on students, not faculty), particularly those who only appear 0-1 times in the book. Upload these portraits to your staff folder, and make sure that you put their first and last name in the caption box, and that you tag the photo.
When you are hunting down students and you want to find out where they are, every high school teacher has access to mybackpack and can find where high school students are at any given moment. For the lower school and middle school students, you'll have to just go down there and ask around. I suggest that you make a list of who you are trying to find and just ask teachers where they might be.
Due by Feb 12, 2013
Keep track of your efforts and what you discover as you hunt for these students, and keep notes in your Weebly. This hunt requires some detective work and record keeping.
