The student is able to identify and contact at least one person through email, phone, or in person to gather information for the page. The person should be someone who is in a position to give accurate information. If the student makes email contact, the teacher is put in the copy line. The student keeps accurate and detailed records of the method and date of contact, their response, and follow-up.
The second paragraph of the reflection discusses any issues that arose from the group nature of this project. The student is able to identify problems, their causes, and how they could be prevented or solved. If the student did not have any problems completing the page, he or she discusses how and why the process worked out well; he or she may discuss potential problems and how they were avoided in this case.
The reflection is written in complete sentences with no or insignificant spelling or grammatical errors. The reflection is turned in before or one the due date.

The student identifies one person they contacted, but the written record may be incomplete. For example, it may be missing follow-up or a record of the contact’s response.
